Rain lashes the Seaview nuclear power plant. Inside, within twenty foot steel and concrete walls, workers go about their business, untroubled by the weather. As a technician makes coffee, a warning light begins blinking on the control board. Linda Trevor, Seaview’s operation executive is called to work and told that the ‘mother of all storms’ is headed straight towards it. As the hurricane gets stronger, and with the nuclear core in serious danger of meltdown, time is not on their side. The workers have to thwart nature’s fury to help prevent a catastrophe.
