The countdown has begun to a nuclear war. Can the man at the President’s side keep the peace and prevent a global disaster? When US pilot, Major Frank Cross (Dolph Lundgren from Universal Soldier) is caught dropping unauthorised food supplies to a starving nation, he is given two options, the stockade or a new assignment, carry the “black bag” for the President (Roy Scheider from The Russia House). On his first day on the job a team of mercenaries steal the “black bag” and drop Cross off a ten storey balcony. Luckily, he not only survives, but pursues the deadly terrorists, who now have the Presidential “black bag” which contains the sequence to launch a nuclear war, in an explosive mission where a military background can get you killed. The odds are too overwhelming to prevent global disaster . . . can Cross keep the peace?
