Bud and Doyle, are two goofball slackers who have forged deeply meaningful relationships with their remote controls. Their girlfriends are fed up and want them to help pick up trash on Earth Day. They end up in the ‘Bio-Dome’, an environmentally controlled community where they wreak hilarious havoc, driving the project’s leader totally bonkers.
