THEY’RE BACK. It’s a new term at St Trinian’s and the schoolgirls return to the usual chaos and excitement. When Celia finds a ring in the library and a mysterious buyer offers £20,000 for it, the principal Miss Fritton (Rupert Everett) tells the girls about her ancestor Pirate Fritton. His treasure is hidden somewhere in the world, and the ring is half the answer to its whereabouts. A roller coaster style treasure hunt ensues as St. Trinian’s face their most fearsome establishment rivals yet. But the feisty and ever-resourceful girls of St Trinian’s are undeterred in their mission to outwit the villainous Sir Piers Pomfrey (David Tennant TV’s Dr. Who) and his sidekicks from the women-hating secret society known as AD1. Colin Firth (A Single Man) also returns as Miss Fritton’s old flame Geoffrey Thwaites.
