Noise is a black comedy about a man caught in a very precarious position. In love with his hometown New York City, he’s being driven mad by its unstoppable and intolerable noise. Changing his identity to become The Rectifier, David takes on everyone from that ‘loser’ who ignores his own car alarm, to the city’s top dog, the Mayor. As his confidence grows, the people of New York join him, inspiring David to create an ingenious plan that propels him toward his end goal.
