Long ago, a beautiful Queen gave birth to a beautiful girl named Snow White. She had skin as white as snow, lips as red as a rose, and hair as dark as ebony wood. The Queen passed away and the King remarried. As Snow White grew up, she became more and more beautiful. One day, the vain new Queen asked her magic mirror who was the most beautiful in the land. The mirror answered ‘Snow White’ and in her jealous rage, the Queen sent her hunters to find Snow White in the forest. Snow White escaped and found refuge in a tiny little cottage where seven dwarves lived.
