The Logan family is moving to a new town. Upon arrival, they rescue a homeless Springer Spaniel and her litter of puppies, not bad for a first day. Doctor Logan, his wife Terri and son Charley now have a new pet Annie, who unfortunately loses one of her legs, but Charley begins to notice that Annie has a magical healing effect on people. He also discovers that Annie’s puppies have the same gift, so along with a group of mix-matched locals the race is on to save the puppies from being put to sleep.
