After mastering Coach Leroys (Rosco Brauer) wacky training routines, Kid thinks he is ready to compete against other back-letes at the Alternate Athletics. Humiliated by cocky defending champion Steven James (Julian Shaw), and kicked out of home for refusing to get an ordinary job, he is left to question his childhood dream.
