The Ranger, The Cook and the Hole in the Sky – The year is 1919-a time when being a ranger meant more than operating expensive equipment. Forest fires were fought with guts and courage, not chemicals and airplanes. Bill Bell (Elliott) was the toughest ranger, a figure of heroic proportions. The Journeyman – Two brothers witness their Grandpa (Willie Nelson) gunned down in cold blood. The older brother is kidnapped by the desperados, the other is taken in by a priest. They finally cross paths as they both seek to have revenge in their own way. Wrangler – Underrated leading man Jeff Fahey is the Wrangler, a handsome, athletic businessman who contends with his rival, a dashing but dangerous cattleman (Steven Vidler), and with a villainous creditor who craves the land left to his girlfriend by her late father.
