He is entangled in a plot to use his spectacular telekinetic powers to destroy high-tech US weapons facilities. Department of Defence Chief, Garland Vaughan (Christopher Plummer), conspires to exploit Tigor in a corrupt scheme to launch World War III solely to revitalize the defence industry. But American research scientist Warren Hart (Chris Lemmon), Tigor’s old partner is determined to put a stop to it.
