A closed hospital is the central point for the most recent spate of murders by a serial killer dubbed the Night Hawk. Roslyn (SARA FOSTER) has been recruited to file old patient records, and soon discovers a disturbing connection between the victims they were all once patients at the hospital. There, Roslyn discovers a therapy room labelled Psych 9, a barbaric looking mental health treatment room with a story of its own.
