In the early 1970’s, during the war in Vietnam, the United States army developed a top secret plan to reanimate the corpses of fallen soldiers, and send legions of the dead into battle. Forty years later the army reopens the project with their main test facilities project in Grover City. Without warning, the experiements go awry and the dead are now on the rampage and quickly take over the town.
