Strapped (slang for “armed with a gun”) focuses on Diquan (Bokeem Woodbine – The Big Hit), a teenager who hopes to provide a better life for his family and pregnant girlfriend, instead, he ends up selling guns in order to bail out Latisha after she is arrest for selling crack. When Lieutenant Matt McRae (Michael Biehn – The Rock, The Terminator, The Abyss, Aliens) offers to arrange for Latisha’s release in exchange for information about gun dealers, Diquan finds that selling out to cops is as dangerous as facing the consequences of crime.
